Access to online banking for business and the National Bank app is restored for authorized users. We recommend that you verify that these users have the proper access rights and authorizations to assume financial responsibilities for your business.

Check your accounts, balances, and permissions

Access your National Bank accounts and check the information, as well as your balances, access, and permissions.

Laurentian Bank® will send you a paper copy of your statements for the portion of the month of November preceding the migration.

The history of your Laurentian Bank account statements will gradually become available in National Bank’s online banking for business platform starting in January 2027.

Please note that your past loan and guaranteed investment certificates (GICs) statements will not be available via National Bank’s online business banking services. Contact National Bank client support to request a copy of these statements.

Set up and manage your payments and deposits

Scheduled transactions, recipients, suppliers and payees: Consult the Online Banking Enrollment Guide – Business for the steps to follow. It contains information about the data that is automatically transferred, and which will need to be configured manually. If certain suppliers or payees are missing, add them directly to the platform using instructions from the guide.

Did you set up your online banking for business before the migration?

Take some time to review the Online Banking Enrollment Guide – Business to see how to manage your business operations from your web browser or the National Bank app. Update your profile and communication preferences when you sign in for the first time.

Activate your National Bank debit card

To activate your card, simply complete a transaction at an ABM or at a merchant’s point-of-sale terminal using the PIN you received by mail. Make sure to destroy and securely dispose of your Laurentian Bank debit cards.

Monitor our communications on your credit card

You can continue to use your credit card as usual for your everyday business transactions, as well as access your account through the Laurentian Bank credit card portal. More information about your credit card, including timelines, terms and conditions and actions to take, will be communicated at a later date.
