What will happen to my Laurentian Bank business debit card during and after the migration to National Bank?
You will receive a new National Bank Business Client Card (debit card) by mail, along with a separate letter containing your Personal Identification Number (PIN) at least two weeks before the migration. Please note that National Bank debit cards are not personalized with the entity name.
Your existing Laurentian Bank debit card will remain active until November 6, 2026, at 4 p.m. (ET), after which it will deactivate and no longer be valid.
Starting November 9, 2026, you will be able to activate and begin using your National Bank Business Client Card by making a transaction with a merchant terminal using the PIN you received or at an ABM.
Once your new card has been activated, be sure to securely discard your Laurentian Bank debit card.
