Visit the website of a federal government service offering the SecureKey Concierge1 service and click on Continue to Sign-In Partner. A window will open with a list of partners: Click on the National Bank logo.
You will be redirected to the online banking sign‑in page. Enter your card number and password. When you logon to the government site for the first time, you'll need to provide personal information to confirm your identity.
You can now access various government portals as well as important personal information.
Protecting your personal information
National Bank's rigorous security measures for online banking also apply when you access online services through SecureKey.
The only information National Bank provides to SecureKey is a random number generated when you first sign in. Every time you use the SecureKey system, this same number is used to establish a secure connection. Your personal data and sign-in details are never exchanged during the process.
SecureKey acts as an intermediary between the various online services you access and the sign-in partners you choose. Since the connection is established through SecureKey, none of the online services know which sign-in partner you've used, and none of the sign-in partners know which online service you are accessing.
