How to change my address or personal information?

Here’s how you can edit your address, phone number and online bank sign in information:

 

From your web browser:

1. Sign in to your online bank. 
2. Click on the profile icon at the top right. 
3. Click Edit next to the information you want to modify.

From the National Bank app: 

1. Sign in to the National Bank app. 
2. In the main menu, click My profile. 
3. Select which information you want to edit. 
4. Click Edit and follow the instructions.
