Will power of attorney rights be automatically transferred and applied after the migration to National Bank?

Yes. Any valid power of attorney arrangements on your accounts will be automatically transferred as part of the migration to National Bank. Individuals who are authorized under an existing power of attorney will continue to have access and permission in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
