The Dialogue healthcare team is available 24/7.

I have a technical problem (sign in, password, etc.). Who can I contact?

If you’re having trouble creating your Dialogue account, resetting your password, changing your sign in email or modifying your profile, contact Dialogue’s customer service team at  or from the mobile app.

Is it possible to use Dialogue when I travel outside Canada?

Medical regulations prevent Dialogue’s practitioners from providing medical services to patients physically located abroad. However, their coordinators can guide you and help you find local clinics, hospitals and other health resources. 

When will I be able to create my Dialogue account?

You signed up for the Privilege offer between July 6 and 31, 2020:
You will be able to create your Dialogue account and take advantage of the service as of August 7, 2020.

You signed up for the Privilege offer between August 1 and 31, 2020:
You will be able to create your Dialogue account and take advantage of the service as of September 7, 2020.

To enjoy these services free of charge, you must be a National Bank privilege offer holder. If you are not a privilege offer holder, the services provided by Dialogue will end.
