Here’s how do I add a recipient for a transfer:

 

From your web browser:

1. Sign in to your online bank.
2. Click Send, then Add a recipient.
3. Follow the instructions.

From the app:

1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
2. Click on the main menu and select My transfers, then Send money.
3. Click Select a recipient, then Add a recipient.
