How can I send money to another National Bank client?

Here’s how to send money to another National Bank client:

 

From your web browser:

  1. Sign in to your online bank.
  2. Click Send in the menu on the left.
  3. Select a recipient.
  4. Follow the instructions.

 

From the app:

  1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
  2. Click Transfer at the bottom of the page, then Send money.
  3. Follow the instructions.

 

To add a National Bank client as a recipient, you’ll need their account number (7 digits) and transit number (5 digits).
