Good to know:
A mortgage pre-qualification is an estimate of the maximum loan that National Bank could give you.
A mortgage pre-approval is a commitment from the Bank that specifies the amount of the loan that would be granted to you.
Ready to start your online pre-approval process?
From your web browser:
- Sign in to your online bank.
- Click Products and services in the left menu.
- Click Mortgages and select Get a mortgage pre-approval.
- Follow the instructions.
You can start the pre-qualification process even if you aren’t signed in to your online bank account.
