From which types of NBI accounts can I sell investment funds from my online bank?
The sale of funds is permitted from the following accounts in your online banking: non-registered and TFSA accounts.
However, the sale of funds is not permitted from the following
accounts in your online banking due to tax ramifications: RRSP, RESP,
LIRA, Locked-in RRSP, RRIF, LIF and RLIF.
To make a sale from one of these types of accounts, contact your
advisor to discuss your needs and find the solution that best suits
you.
