I’ve lost my debit card. What now?

If your debit card is lost, stolen, being misused or retained by an ABM, call us immediately at 1-800-361-0070.

If you’re abroad, you can reach us at 514-844-8026. We accept collect calls.

 

Not able to call us right now?
Immediately lock your debit card to avoid fraudulent transactions. Here’s how:


From your web browser
:

  1. Sign in to your online bank.
  2. Click on the profile icon, then select the Preferences tab.
  3. Click My Client Card limits and deactivate purchases and ABM withdrawals.

 

From the National Bank app:

  1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
  2. From the main menu, click on My preferences.
  3. Click Manage my debit card and deactivate purchases and ABM withdrawals.
