Before contacting our call centre, we invite you to consult the various guides available in our Business help centre. You can also browse our business demos for more information. You may find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
 

Prepare your information

To help you more efficiently and reduce waiting time, we suggest that you prepare some information before your call:
  

  • User code : Your unique identifier is needed to confirm your identity and access your profile. You can find it here.
  • Details about the issue : Have a clear description of your problem or question. If your problem is with our online banking for business and you’re getting error messages, take note of them. Taking a screenshot can also be very useful to illustrate the problem.
  • Steps already taken : If you tried to resolve the problem yourself, note what you already tried. This will help us accelerate the process. For example, did you try clearing your browser's cache?
