Discover how to search for a transaction within one of your accounts. You can also learn how to view transactions for a bank account or a National Bank Business credit card.

Before you start, make sure you have:

• The Account summary permission and the associated rights to View and Modify
• An account group associated to your job role (otherwise the page will appear empty)

How to view your transactions

1. Sign in to online banking for business.
2. In the left menu under Accounts and transactions, click on Accounts and select the account for which you want to view transactions.
3. You can either navigate between different pages or use the search and filter features to find a specific transaction.
4. Select the transaction for which you want to view details.
5. When additional information is available, a link will allow you to view this information.

What filters are available to view your transactions?

• Search field: allows you to find a transaction using its reference number
• Amount
• Transaction date
• Issued cheque number
• Type of transaction (credit or debit)

Good to know

• You have access to up to 25 months of transaction history for bank accounts and for operations related to your credit card.
• You can view 30 transactions per page.
• By default, your transactions are filtered to show only those from the last 7 days.
• You can use your browser’s print function to obtain a physical copy.
• As needed, the export function will allow you to download a copy of the transactions shown on the page. Note that any selected filters will apply to the export.
