How do I view my transactions?
Discover how to search for a transaction within one of your accounts. You can also learn how to view transactions for a bank account or a National Bank Business credit card.
Before you start, make sure you have:
- The Account summary permission and the associated rights to View and Modify
- An account group associated to your job role (otherwise the page will appear empty)

How to view your transactions
- Sign in to online banking for business.
- In the left menu under Accounts and transactions, click on Accounts and select the account for which you want to view transactions.
- You can either navigate between different pages or use the search and filter features to find a specific transaction.
- Select the transaction for which you want to view details.
- When additional information is available, a link will allow you to view this information.
What filters are available to view your transactions?
- Search field: allows you to find a transaction using its reference number
- Amount
- Transaction date
- Issued cheque number
- Type of transaction (credit or debit)
Good to know
- You have access to up to 25 months of transaction history for bank accounts and for operations related to your credit card.
- You can view 30 transactions per page.
- By default, your transactions are filtered to show only those from the last 7 days.
- You can use your browser’s print function to obtain a physical copy.
- As needed, the export function will allow you to download a copy of the transactions shown on the page. Note that any selected filters will apply to the export.
