What approval levels are available for a job role?

There are five levels of approval: A, B, C, D, and E.
 

A job role is assigned to an approval level. A user's approval level depends on their role in the business and the job role they are assigned in online banking for business.
 

As soon as a job role is assigned an approval level, you can designate a user as an approver. They will act according to the approval level associated with their job role.

To view approval levels:

1. Sign in to online banking for business.
2. In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
3. Click the Approval levels tab.

Good to know 

If a user has multiple approval levels for the same permission, only the highest level will apply. For example, if the user holds approval levels A and B, only level A will be considered.
