How do I remove a user from a business group's entity in online banking for business?


To remove a user from a business group's entity in online banking for business, make sure you have :

  • The Manage Users permission and the associated right to View
  • The Manage users in service agreement permission, and the associated rights to View and Edit
  • The Manage self-approved permissions permission and the associated right to View
  • The Manage permissions permission and the associated right to View

 

Good to know

If the user has an assigned job role in an entity, all job roles must be unassigned before you can remove them from the entity.

 

To remove a user from an entity :

  1. Sign in to online banking with the user code and password associated with the main entity.
  2. Select the context you wish to view : the business group overview, the main entity, or another entity.
  3. In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
  4. Select the Users and permissions tab. 
  5. From the search bar, select the user by first or last name, or by user code.
  6. Click the trash can to the right of the username to delete their access to that entity.
  7. If you would like to delete their access to multiple entities, you must repeat these steps for every entity desired.
