- From the Choose context screen, click on the main entity.
- In the left menu under Administration, click Create a user

- From the top right of the list of users, click Create another user. The system displays the list of users available to be added (e.g., those created in the primary business or business group).
- Click Add or Select all.
- Search for the name of the new user added, and send them the new user code displayed on the screen.
- Then, assign this user to an account group and a job role to ensure they have access to any relevant entities. Consult our How do I add a user to the different entities within a business group? page to learn more.

Good to know
When a user is created, only an email address is required. Users are strongly advised to update their profile with their mobile number the first time they sign in to online banking for business.
- You must first add the user to the main entity for them to appear in the list of users in the business group. Otherwise, they will not show up on this list.
