Communications for signing up for online banking for business

National Bank’s online banking for business allows you to manage your operations at any time from your web browser or the National Bank app.

  • The week following reception

To help ensure uninterrupted access to your business banking services, we strongly recommend enrolling in National Bank's online banking for business services before the migration weekend of November 6 to 8, 2026.

In the week after you receive your migration letters and guides (one or more, depending on your profile), the persons you have designated to manage the general management of your bank accounts will receive the following communications to begin the enrollment process:

  • An email from communications@contact.bnc.ca that contains information concerning the enrollment process, as well as the support services available to help you complete the setup.
  • You’ll receive your login credentials for online banking for business, including a user code sent by email from noreply@notifications.bnc.ca and a temporary password sent by text message from sender 262258. If your mobile phone number is not on file, please follow the instructions provided in the email to access your account.
  • An email with the Online Banking Enrollment Guide – Business. This guide is sent to you via Docusign® from dse_NA3@docusign.net and outlines the migration of online banking for business services and the steps you need to take to complete your enrollment. You can also view the online version of this document.
  • A mailed package containing a SecurID® token and wire transfer instructions, if applicable. This physical security token is required to sign in, approve wire transfers, and order additional tokens for other users within your business.

If your business is part of a group, you may receive several communications and login credentials for your online business banking services.

Letter concerning your debit card

Mid-October 2026

If you currently have an active Laurentian Bank debit card, you’ll receive a new Business Client Card from National Bank. You will also receive your personal identification number (PIN) in a separate envelope.

If your business has multiple debit cards, each card and PIN will be mailed separately to the address on file. For easy reference, the last four digits of the corresponding Laurentian Bank debit card are clearly indicated in each envelope.

Please note that the information embossed on your National Bank Business Client Card may differ from the information on your Laurentian Bank debit card.
