How do I edit or delete an upcoming bill payment?

Here’s how to edit or delete an upcoming bill payment:

 

From your web browser:

  1. Sign in to your online bank.
  2. Click Bills in the left menu, then on the Upcoming payments tab.
  3. To modify a transfer, click on the crayon icon. To cancel a transfer, click on the garbage can icon.
  4. Click the Bill option, then select the payment.
  5. Follow the instructions.

From the app:

  1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
  2. Click My payments in the main menu.
  3. Click See all payments and select the one you wish to edit or delete.
  4. Follow the instructions.
