I overpaid a bill. What can I do?

Contact the supplier right away. If they can’t correct the error, we’ll verify if they have a reimbursement agreement.

To find out if it’s possible, email or call us at 1-888-825-6281. Fees apply for this type of verification.

The message must include the following information, or have it on hand if calling:

  • Payment date
  • Total amount debited
  • Name of the bill
  • Bill amount
  • Account number for the bill or payment (mandatory)
  • Name of the account holder paid
