How do I update my password in online banking for business?


Before updating or changing your password in online banking for business, make sure you have a password (between 12 and 25 characters) that meets the following requirements:

  • no spaces at the beginning or end
  • one lower case letter
  • an uppercase letter
  • a number
  • a special character (e.g. #!@&;?)
  • Must be different from your previous passwords.

Then update or change your password by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.  
  2. In the left menu of the home screen, under My information, click My profile.
  3. In the Sign-in ID and security section, click Modify my information.
  4. Click Edit next to Current password.
  5. Enter your current password.
  6. Then enter your new password and its confirmation.
  7. Click Save.
