How to claim business rewards

Learn how to redeem accumulated rewards and check the balance on your Platinum Business Mastercard® credit card.

Important :

• You can earn reward points only through the Platinum Business Mastercard® credit card. 
• To participate in the À la carte Rewards program, you must hold a Platinum Business Mastercard®.

Here’s how to check your balance and redeem your rewards:

1. Go to rewards.bnc.ca and click on Business. If it’s your first visit, you’ll need to create an account.
2. Once signed in, you’ll see your Platinum Business Mastercard® balance in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Use your points to redeem rewards.

Good to know

• Have your card details ready, such as your account number or any other information that may help speed up the process.
• Only company-authorized signatories for the Platinum Business Mastercard® can view the points balance and redeem Business rewards.
• If you don’t have enough points to complete a purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
