How do I view my account or credit card online?
If you are unable to see your credit card or one of your accounts in online banking for business, here are the steps to follow:
1. Check your accounts
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct user code.
- Verify if your account or credit card has been added to an account group.
Good to know: To view the account of one of your subsidiaries in a service agreement, you must:
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Change service agreement.
- Select the business service agreement starting with "**".

2. Update your informations
- Refresh the web page or restart the web or mobile app.
- Check your permissions for any display restrictions.
3. Remove and reassign the account group
