How do I change the order that my bills are displayed online?

Here’s how to change the display order of your bills:

From your web browser:

  1. Sign in to your online bank.
  2. Click Bills in the left menu.
  3. Click Modify order of bills.
  4. Follow the instructions.

From your National Bank app:

  1. Sign in to the  National Bank app.
  2. Click Bills at the bottom of the screen.
  3. From the Suppliers tab, click Manage to the right of My suppliers.
  4. Click on the arrows at the top right of the screen.
  5. Follow the instructions.

You can choose from the following three options:

  • Alphabetical order
  • Most recent payment made
  • Customize the order by sliding the payments into your desired order

Good to know:

  • Changes made from your web browser will also be applied to your account on the app, and vice-versa.
