I made a payment, but it hasn't been withdrawn. Why?


Verify if the signature of a second administrator is required or whether you as a user have the right to approve the payment.
 

If you are an administrator:

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. In the left menu of the home page, click Approve transactions.
  3. Verify whether your payment is pending a signature.
     

If you are a user:

Contact your administrator to confirm your rights and access to payments.
