How do I change a user’s communication information?


To change a user’s communication information in your online banking for business, you must be an administrator or an authorized user.

 

 

Then follow these steps :

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
  3. Select the tab Users and permissions.
  4. Enter the name, family name or user code in the search bar then select the user.
  5. Click Change permissions, then Modify communication information.
  6. Update the user’s email or mobile number.
  7. Click Confirm.

 

 

Good to know

A user can receive their verification code by text or email.
