How do I manage a user’s transaction permissions?
To manage a user’s other transaction permissions in online banking for business, you must be an administrator or an authorized user.
Then follow these steps :
- Sign in to online banking for business.
- In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
- Enter the name, family name or user code in the search bar, then select the user.
- Click Change permissions, then Manage other permissions.
- Provide the user access rights and limits for each feature by copying your or another user’s rights and limits, or by checking the boxes individually.
- Click Confirm.
Good to know
- You can provide the rights to :
a. View : gives access to the transaction history,
b. Initiate : allows you to initiate, modify or delete a transaction, or
c. Sign : authorizes the processing of an operation.
