How do I add or modify an administrator?
Before requesting access for a new administrator, make sure that :
- The details of the administrators and the registrar of businesses reflect your current business structure.
- You are an authorized person and have signed the corporate banking services convention.
How do I add an administrator?
To request the addition of an administrator, you must :
1. Make an appointment with one of our specialists
- Reach out to your account manager to schedule an appointment with them.
- Contact our call centre if you don’t have an account manager.
2. Fill out the request form
During your appointment, you will fill out a form with the help of a specialist. Before your appointment, make sure that :
- You have the corporate banking services convention with you
- Any required changes to your province’s business registrar have been made.
3. Become verified and approved
The form containing the information collected over the phone will be sent to you to sign.
Our team will proceed with the required verifications as soon as your signed form is received.

- The expected response time to your request for an appointment is within 1 business day.
- The expected processing time for your completed application is 2 to 3 business days after any required signatures are received. If multiple signatures are required, the delay will begin after the last signature is received.
