What should I do if I have not received my new debit card?

If you haven’t received your new debit card, contact us:

Following your discussion with one of our advisors, we’ll cancel the card not yet received and send you another one.
 

Good to know: 

  • Your new card will be sent within 5-10 business days of enrollment.
  • If you have not received your card after 10 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
