How do I get a copy of a cheque I made?

Here’s how you can get a copy of a cheque you made and has been deposited:

 

From your web browser:

1. Sign in to your online bank.
2. Click Overview in the menu on the left and select the Transactions tab.
3. You can search for a transaction by selecting the time period and selecting the Cheque option. Then select Apply.
4. Select your transaction and click Download the cheque image.

 

From the app:

1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
2. Select your account.
3. You can search for a transaction by choosing the time period filter above the Transaction and Details tab.
4. Select your transaction and click See the cheque.

You’ll have to submit a request to get a copy of a cheque you’ve deposited into your account. You can apply either by phone, email, or at one of our branches. Consult our Fee Guide for current rates.
