I have a credit balance on my National Bank Mastercard. How do I get reimbursed?

When you’ve paid too much on your credit card account, the amount will automatically be deducted from the next purchase you make with your credit card.

If you are the primary cardholder and would prefer to receive a refund, you have two options:

  1. Request a cash advance at any ABM in the Mastercard or Cirrus network. A $3.50 cash advance fee will apply.
  2. Contact Mastercard Customer Service at 1-888-622-2783 to request a refund via cheque or direct deposit.
