Is this your first National Bank credit card?
Your personal identification number (PIN) will be mailed separately from your card. If you haven't already done so, you will need to activate your card by following the instructions provided.
Renewing an expired card?
Your PIN will remain the same. Simply activate your card and start using it.

When it's time to pay, just open the app, choose a credit card and hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the reader with your thumb on Touch ID.
To use this service, you'll need to download the latest versions of the National Bank mobile app and iOS, watchOS or macOS.

Create a Mastercard SecureCode™. You'll be prompted to enter it when you shop online. Even if your credit card information is stolen, it won't be possible to make purchases without your code.

1. No charge for requests made within 30 days of the statement date.
2. Cards included: Edition, Synchro, MC1, Ultramar, Allure, Escapade, OVATION Gold, Platinum, ECHO Cashback, CAA Rewards, World and World Elite.
3. Conversion fee calculations for transactions in a foreign currency have been modified (except for ABM transactions). The fee of 2.5% that was applied to amounts in USD is now applied to the amount converted to CAD. In all cases, foreign currency transactions are first converted to USD at the Mastercard Worldwide exchange rate.
4. Charged once per billing period if your balance exceeds your credit limit on the billing date. Does not apply to the World Elite card.
