How do I view, approve or reject batches?
To view, approve or reject batches in online banking for business, make sure you have a job role with the required rights and permissions, as well as a group of accounts that includes the identifiers associated with the product.
Important
The Payment - File option and the Electronic File Transfer (EFT) permissions require approval.
To view, approve or reject batches:
- Sign in to online banking for business.
- In the left menu under Money transfer, click File transfer.
- From the Manage batches tab, search for the batch you want.
- Click the green checkmark icon (Approve) or the red X icon (Reject) next to the batch. If the batch is not displayed, you can search for a batch by upload date, status, or amount.
- By clicking on the batch, under the Transactions tab, you can view the details of the transactions included in the batch.
- From the Approval log tab, you can view the history of approvals performed for this batch.

Good to know
- A user can only approve or reject a batch. It cannot approve a single transaction that is included in a batch.
- A user can only see items that they can approve.
- When a batch requires approval, a notification is sent to approvers who have permission for the ID.
