As of May 21 2025, when you receive our new certified mortgage statement, you can make the payment online at most financial institutions via the bill payment feature. Here is the list of financial institutions from which you can make an online payment:
- National Bank of Canada
- Desjardins
- Bank of Montreal (BMO)
- Scotiabank
- Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
- Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD)
- Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)
- ATB Financial
- Acadian Caisses Populaires (UNI)
- Rosenort Credit Union
To make your payment:
- Search for the supplier "National Bank Mortgage Repayment".
- Make a bill payment by entering the 17-digit National Bank reference number starting with 95. This number can be found on the first page of your certified statement (see example). Each statement has a unique reference number.
- Remember to add daily interest to your payment, taking into account the processing time (usually 1 to 3 business days).
- If the amount we receive is higher than what we are owed, we will return the excess to the client.
